Amazon Air’s new $1.5 billion hub opened adjacent to Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG) in August 2021. The Phase I area south of the airport has 2.6 million square feet of space and is staffed by 2000 workers. By comparison, the UPS Worldport at Louisville has 5.2 million square feet of space. Additional space that Amazon plans to lease lies on the northern side of CVG.
