The Geography of Transport Systems

The fifth edition of the Geography of Transport System is set to be released at the end of April 2020.

The section about Dry Ports (or inland terminals) has been migrated to the Port Economics, Management and Policy web site.

Some of the port related contents of the Geography of Transportation Systems are being migrated to a new site under development. This will be part of a forthcoming textbook titled “Port Economics, Management and Policy”.

The web site has been updated to a new design that matches the forthcoming textbook edition (5th). This also include the PowerPoint slides.

The fifth edition of the Geography of Transport Systems has now entered the production phase. The editor forwarded today the finalized book cover design. I find it quite impressive.
